The WiDy SenS 640 is equipped with NIT’s exclusive dual-mode InGaAs sensor NSC1601, offering both Linear and Logarithmic response modes for exceptional high dynamic range performance. With a resolution of 640×512 pixels and a 15 µm pixel pitch, this sensor enables accurate imaging in complex lighting scenarios.
The camera supports USB 3.0, CameraLink, GigE, Analog, and HD-SDI interfaces, and includes TEC1. A defining feature is its Gated mode option, offering the fastest gating capability in its class—ideal for synchronized laser applications or time-resolved imaging.
WiDy SenS 640 is available in Compact and Embedded configurations, as well as a sensor-only & (“naked”) board-level module version, supporting flexible OEM integration. With its combination of sensitivity, dynamic range, and modular design, it is well-suited for industrial, defense, and research environments requiring robust SWIR performance.
