The New Imaging Technologies (NIT) CameraLink SWIR TEC SXGA CAMERA SenS 1280M-ST integrates NIT 1280x1024pixel @ 10um sensor. The camera operates with a Camera Link output and is bundled with GUI – NITVISION software and SDK for major operating systems.
Sens1280M-ST exhibits outstanding world-class performances such as :

- QE > 85%
- Frame rate > 60Hz at full frame
- Programmable Regions of Interest
- 14bits Digital output
Applications include laser beam analysis, silicon, and solar wafer inspection, process control, medical, food analysis, microscopy, etc.
General presentation
The SenS 1280M-ST integrates the T-Cooled sensor NSC1901T-SI
Monochrome. This camera integrates control of temperature to improve the
intrinsic characteristics of the sensor
Camera configuration
The camera is composed of Sensor, ADC, FPGA and Interface boards:
▪ Sensor board which includes the sensor and the Peltier (thermoelectric
cooling).
▪ 14 bits ADC board which digitizes the output
▪ FPGA board which integrates the sensor timings and the USB 3.0
synchronization and data
▪ Interface board which integrates the management of the main power
supply, the trigger, the Peltier management and the USB3.0 transceiver
